Basic Roasting Preparation from thawed
- Place in a lightly greased sheet pan
- Bake @ 375 degrees F for 15-20 mins
- No need to flip fish
- ENJOY!
Can also be pan sauteed in a little olive or canola oil for 5 minutes on one side and 3 on the other.
