How is my order packaged for shipping?

All orders are vacuum-sealed at the peak of freshness and shipped in heavy-duty, reusable insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

When can I expect my delivery?

We ship via FedEx and UPS. Most orders placed by 10:00 AM EST Monday through Wednesday are delivered within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. We pride ourselves on the quality of our steaks and seafood. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

How should I thaw my steak and seafood?

For the best flavor and texture, we recommend thawing your products in the refrigerator for 24 hours. For faster thawing, you can place the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for 30-60 minutes.

Where does your beef come from?

Our beef is sourced from premium Midwestern grain-fed cattle. We select only the top tiers of USDA Prime and Choice cuts, which are then aged to perfection for maximum tenderness.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Because our products are perishable and require timely delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for all deliveries.
